وصل صباح اليوم الخميس نائب رئيس مجلس السيادة السيد مالك عقار الى جمهورية روسيا الاتحادية رفقة وكيل وزارة الخارجية
قمت صباح اليوم الموافق 29 يونيو، بزيارة لجمهورية روسيا الاتحادية بمرافقة السيد وكيل وزارة الخارجية وآخرون.
والتقى عقار والوفد بالسيد سيرغي لاڤروف وزير الخارجة الروسي بالاضافة إلى مبعوث الرئيس الروسي لإفريقيا والشرق الاوسط نائب وزير الخارجية ميخائيل بوغدانوف
وقال عقار خلال تصريح:
عقدت والوفد المرافق لي والذي ضم ايضا السيد سفير السودان بروسيا خلال الزيارة جلسة مباحثات بمباني وزارة الخارجية مع السيد سيرغي لاڤروف وزير الخارجة الروسي بالاضافة إلى مبعوث الرئيس الروسي لإفريقيا والشرق الاوسط نائب وزير الخارجية ميخائيل بوغدانوف وعدد من مسؤلي وزارة الخارجية الروسية، تناولنا خلال الجلسة تطورات الاوضاع بالسودان حيث قدمتُ شرحاً مفصلاً للاحداث بالسودان منذ اندلاع تمرد قوات الدعم السريع في 15 ابريل الماضي وتطوراته في النواحى الميدانية والانسانية، وانعكاساته علي السودان ودول الجوار.
تطرقت خلال الجلسة للمبادرات الاقليمية والدولية والجهود المبذولة لايجاد حلول للازمة وموقف حكومة السودان منها، واوضحنا موقف السودان من البعثة الاممية ورئيسها وتمسك السودان بحقوقه السيادية، وواجبه في الدفاع عن وحدته الترابية وامنه واستقراره، وقد تفهم الجانب الروسي موقف السودان تجاه الامم المتحده وقراره بشان رئيس بعثة يونتامس.
عبر السيد وزير خارجية روسيا سيرغي لاڤروف عن تضامن حكومة روسيا الاتحادية مع حكومة وشعب السودان ومؤسساته الشرعية القائمة مؤكداً متابعته لتطورات الاوضاع بالسودان منذ بدايتها وأضاف ان الازمة في السودان هي شان داخلي وحلها بايدي السودانيين انفسهم، واشار لافروف إلي إستعداد الحكومة الروسية لدعم الشعب السوداني متي ما طلب منهم ذلك.
إتفقنا كذلك مع الجانب الروسي علي إستمرار وتعزيز العلاقات الثنائية في جميع المجالات وتنشيط ذلك عبر الاليات الثنائية المتفق عليها.
كما جددنا إلتزامنا بالتنسيق في المحافل الدولية والإقليمية وتطرقنا ايضا لتطورات الاوضاع في الجوار السوداني والوضع الاقليمي مؤكدين علي اهمية التنسيق والتشاور بين البلدين. وعبر الجانب الروسي خلال المباحثات عن تطلعه لمشاركة السيد رئيس مجلس السيادة في القمة الروسية الافريقية التي تنعقد في نهاية يوليو القادم بمدينة سانت بيترسبيرج بروسيا.
I visited the Federal Republic of Russia this morning, which is June 29, along with the undersecretary of the ministry of foreign affairs and other people.
During the visit, my accompanying delegation, which also included the Sudanese Ambassador to Russia, held a session of talks in the premises of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs with Mr. Sergey Lavrov, the Russian Foreign Minister, in addition to the Russian President’s envoy to Africa and the Middle East, Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Bogdanov, and a number of officials of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
In the course of the discussion, I gave a thorough explanation of the developments in Sudan since the outbreak of the Rapid Support Forces rebellion on April 15, including the field developments, humanitarian implications, and the impact on Sudan and the neighbouring countries.
The discussion covered the situation, regional and global initiatives and efforts to address it, as well as the position of the Government of Sudan. We made it clear what Sudan’s stance was on the UN mission and its head, as well as how committed Sudan was to upholding its sovereign rights and obligation to protect its unity, security, and stability. The Russian side recognised Sudan’s stance towards the UN and its decision of the UNITAMS mission’s head.
Mr. Sergey Lavrov, Russia’s Foreign Minister, expressed the Russian Federation’s Government’s solidarity with the government and people of Sudan, as well as its existing legitimate institutions, emphasising his follow-up to the developments of the situation in Sudan since the beginning, adding that the crisis in Sudan is an internal matter, and its resolution is in the hands of the Sudanese themselves. Mr. Lavrov pointed to the Russian government’s readiness to support the Sudanese people whenever they’re asked.
We also agreed with the Russian side to continue and strengthen bilateral relations in all fields and to activate this through the agreed upon bilateral mechanisms.
We reaffirmed our commitment to international and regional coordination. We also discussed changes in Sudan’s neighbourhood and the regional situation, emphasising the significance of bilateral coordination and dialogue. During the meetings, the Russian side indicated their desire for the President of the Sovereignty Council to attend the Russian-African Summit, which will be held in St. Petersburg, Russia, at the end of next July.
